UNLEASHING HOMEOPATHY – BALI – 23-25th August 2025
Delegate Agreement
For this agreement, a “Delegate” refers to any person registering for or attending the “Unleashing Homeopathy” Conference (“Conference”). “Unleashing Homeopathy” refers to the organiser (s) of the Conference.
- Conference Registration & Fees
1.1. The Delegate agrees to pay the Conference registration fee as indicated on the Conference website or invoice. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment instructions (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) and within the stated deadlines.
1.2. The registration fee includes lunch, dinner, and two tea breaks daily for the three days of the Conference (23-25th August 2025). All other meals, snacks, or incidental expenses are the responsibility of the Delegate.
- Travel, Accommodation & Insurance
2.1. The Delegate is responsible for arranging and paying for their accommodation, flights, and other travel-related expenses.
2.2. The Delegate agrees to purchase appropriate travel and health insurance for the duration of the trip. Unleashing Homeopathy does not accept liability for any injury or illness incurred during travel or at the Conference.
2.3. Unleashing Homeopathy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during travel or at the Conference.
- Visas & Travel Requirements
3.1. The Delegate is responsible for securing any visas or travel documentation required to attend the Conference in Bali.
3.2. Failure to obtain the required documentation does not entitle the Delegate to a refund beyond the terms specified below.
- Code of Conduct
4.1. All Delegates agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Harassment or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Unleashing Homeopathy reserves the right to remove any Delegate who engages in such behaviour without any refund.
4.2. No recording or electronic equipment allowed inside the conference room, including laptops and mobile phones. Taking notes via pen and paper is allowed.
- Cancellation, Refunds & Ticket Transfers
5.1. There is a 14-day “cool-down” period from the date of your ticket purchase, during which a full refund (minus any credit card or processing fees) may be requested.
5.2. After the 14-day “cool-down” period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5.3. If you are unable to attend the Conference, you may transfer or sell your ticket at the original purchasing fee, provided you inform Unleashing Homeopathy of the new attendee’s details via email at [email protected]
5.4. No ticket transfers will be allowed within two weeks of the Conference start date unless expressly agreed in writing by Unleashing Homeopathy.
- Force Majeure & Conference Modifications
6.1. Unleashing Homeopathy is not liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Conference due to events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics/pandemics, or other emergencies).
6.2. Unleashing Homeopathy reserves the right to modify the Conference program, including speakers and sessions, without prior notice. Every effort will be made to keep Delegates informed of any changes.
- Media Release
7.1. Unleashing Homeopathy (and its representatives) may photograph, film, or otherwise record Conference activities. By attending, the Delegate grants permission for their likeness, name, and voice to be used in any current or future promotional or educational materials.
7.2. If a Delegate does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they must inform Unleashing Homeopathy in writing before the Conference. Unleashing Homeopathy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media.
- Data Protection & Privacy
8.1. Unleashing Homeopathy collects personal information solely for the purpose of organizing and administering the Conference (including communication, ticketing, scheduling, and marketing).
8.2. Personal data will be stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
8.3. Delegates have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Unleashing Homeopathy at [email protected]
- Liability & Indemnity
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Delegate releases Unleashing Homeopathy from all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with their participation in the Conference.
9.2. The Delegate agrees to indemnify Unleashing Homeopathy against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Delegate’s breach of this Agreement or misuse of any facilities at the Conference.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1. This Agreement (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
- 1 Acceptance of Terms
11.1. By registering for the Conference and/or ticking the acceptance box, the Delegate confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
11.2. An electronic signature or online acceptance is deemed equivalent to a handwritten signature for legal enforceability.
